Job Description

Working within the finance and insurance sector, our client based in Morwell, are in need of an administration officer. This role is being offered as either a full-time or part-time position and will be an integral part of the team. In house training will be provided, as well as an opportunity to progress your career with the view to becoming an adviser.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Servicing existing client base ranging from investment reports, implementation of advice to Centrelink updates
  • Provide administration, compliance, and process support to the financial planning team
  • Prepare advice documents
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, 3rd party professionals and Centrelink.
  • Engage with all team members to ensure best practice
  • Other duties as directed

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Good time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in administration services with knowledge of the regulatory environment
  • Great communication skills and a desire to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) is desirable but not essential
